Industrial Ventilation

McFarlane, Inc. fabricates and installs industrial ductwork built to stringent SMACNA standards. Standard materials include the following:

  • Mild Steel
  • Galvanized
  • Steel Stainless Steel
  • Aluminium

Typical metal thicknesses range from 20 gauge sheets to 1/4 inch thick plate. Each duct section is reinforced to the pressure range required with the appropriate structural angle or channel reinforcing. Heavy gauge blow pipe systems are used in dust collection and product conveying applications.

Computerized sizing programs and CAD design minimizes the number of fittings and assures the most efficient duct design.

All ductwork is fabricated  and/or installed in accordance with stringent SMACNA industrial standards.
